Meet the New ChurchCRM

ChurchCRM got a glow-up: introducing the new ChurchCRM logo and visual identity

ChurchCRM got a makeover.

The project has grown a lot over the years, both in what ChurchCRM can do and in the community of churches using it. As the project has matured, we felt it was time for the brand to grow with it. We wanted an identity that better reflects what ChurchCRM has become, without losing sight of what has always made it ChurchCRM.

Open source. Community built. Practical. Welcoming. And designed to serve churches.

The ChurchCRM symbol plus the wordmark combine to form the full logo

Same open-source heart. A fresh new look

Faith and Community, Together

The ChurchCRM symbol brings together a cross and people, representing faith and community

At the heart of the new symbol are two things: the cross and the people.

The cross represents the faith and mission of the churches ChurchCRM serves. The people represent the communities at the heart of those churches.

Bringing those elements together was intentional.

ChurchCRM may be software, but the software itself isn’t the mission. It’s a tool designed to help churches spend less time managing systems and more time focused on their people and communities.

Technology should support the mission, not become the mission.

The makeover goes beyond the logo.

You’ll see warmer colors, more breathing room, clearer typography, and a visual style that feels more human and approachable.

We call the direction Open Source Editorial.

It’s not about making ChurchCRM look like the latest software company. It’s about creating an identity that feels like ChurchCRM.

Same Open-Source Heart ♡

The look has changed. The heart hasn’t.

ChurchCRM is still free and open source. Your congregation’s data is still yours. And the project is still shaped by the people who build it, translate it, test it, report bugs, suggest improvements, answer questions, and use it in their churches.

A new logo doesn’t define that community. It simply gives us a better way to represent it.

Same open-source heart.
Same mission.
New Sunday best.
